How To Create A Ticket

You can create a ticket for support in one of two ways.


1. visit the support portal at https://gefnet.freshdesk.com/ Click Submit a Ticket and fill out the form being as detailed as possible.


2. you can email the support portal email to automatically create a ticket: support [at] gefnet.freshdesk.com
